If you’ve been searching for alternative methods of healing, you may well have come across “solfeggio frequencies and tuning forks.” In this article, we rediscover the incredible healing power of these one-of-a-kind instruments, and how their power is transferred through remote sound therapy.
What are solfeggio tuning forks?
Solfeggio tuning forks are musical instruments that are tuned to specific frequencies. These frequencies are based on the solfeggio scale, which is an ancient musical scale that was rediscovered in the 20th century. Solfeggio tuning forks are believed to emit frequencies that correspond to the natural vibration of certain cells and DNA within the body. When these forks are struck, the vibrational energy travels through the body, helping to restore and promote balance and harmony. Solfeggio frequencies have been used for healing by different cultures throughout history, with the most well-known example being the ancient Greek physician Hippocrates, who is said to have used solfeggio frequencies to treat a variety of ailments. Other cultures that have used solfeggio frequencies for healing include the Chinese, Indians, and Native Americans.
The solfeggio healing frequencies
174Hz – This frequency is said to reduce pain and promote healing.
285Hz – This frequency is believed to help with tissue regeneration.
396Hz – This frequency is used to liberate guilt and fear.
417Hz – This frequency assists in removing emotional blockages left over from traumatic events and situations.
528Hz – Called the “love” or “miracle” frequency, this frequency is believed to promote DNA repair.
639Hz – This frequency is said to encourage communication and connection in relationships.
741Hz – This frequency is used to remove negative energy and toxins, and to purify cells.
852Hz – This frequency frees the mind of negative thoughts, overthinking and excessive mind chatter.
963Hz – This frequency is often referred to as the god frequency and is said to raise intuition and connect us with our divine mind.
The science behind solfeggios
In 1988, biochemist Dr Glen Rein made a discovery that confirmed what ancient spiritual teachings have long understood. When he tested the influence of different music on human DNA, similar DNA vials were exposed to four types of music with varying frequencies: Gregorian chants, Sanskrit chants, classical music, and rock. Rein was able to evaluate the effects of each kind of music by measuring the rate of UV light absorption. The Gregorian and Sanskrit chants had the most positive healing effects, by increasing UV light absorption between 5 to 9 percent. Classical music increased UV absorption by small amounts, and rock music decreased UV light absorption and was found to harm the DNA. Rein’s research supported the theory that sound frequencies do produce serious effects, for better or worse, on health and well-being.
How are solfeggio tuning forks used in sound healing?
In remote sound healing, solfeggio tuning forks are frequently used in tandem with Tibetan singing bowls to supply precise sounds and frequencies to the energy fields and areas of the body where blockages and imbalances exist. By accessing the quantum energy field, to establish a coherent field of resonance, these sounds and frequencies can facilitate a wide range of healing processes, from reducing pain and inflammation to promoting tissue regeneration, balancing emotions and purifying cells.
Remote sound healing is a powerful tool that can help people to heal physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and there is a growing body of research which supports this. At Heal With Sound, we offer a range of sound therapy services to help you to achieve a more balanced and healthy state of being.
